Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
The data controller is DENHAU SOLUTIONS SRL, CUI 44667066, Trade Register no. J2021002168084, registered office at Str. Vișinului 1A, Bl. 7P, Ap. 38, 500322 Brașov, Romania. Contact for any privacy question: [email protected].
2. What data we process and why
- Contact form and emails. When you write to us, we process your name, email address, company (optional) and the content of your message, only to answer your inquiry and, if you wish, to prepare an offer or a contract. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying to messages we receive (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Technical server logs. When you visit the site, the web server automatically records your IP address, the date and time, the requested page and your browser type. These are used only to keep the site secure and working. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Providing your data is voluntary, but without an email address we can't reply to you. We don't use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we don't send newsletters or marketing.
3. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it does not load fonts or scripts from third-party servers. That's why no cookie banner is shown.
4. Who receives the data
We don't sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. We use the following service providers (processors), bound by data processing agreements:
- Contabo GmbH (Germany): hosting of the website server, located in the EU;
- Zoho Corporation B.V. (Zoho Mail / ZeptoMail, EU data centre): delivery and storage of emails;
- Cloudflare, Inc.: network security and delivery of the website (it processes IP addresses in transit). Any transfer outside the EU relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. How long we keep the data
- Messages that don't lead to a collaboration: up to 2 years after the last communication, then deleted;
- If a contract follows, the correspondence is kept for the duration of the contract and afterwards for the periods required by law (e.g. accounting records);
- Server logs: 14 days.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To use any of these rights, write to [email protected]; we will reply within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority: Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP), B-dul G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru 28-30, Sector 1, București, www.dataprotection.ro.

2. Ce date prelucrăm și de ce
- Formularul de contact și emailurile. Când ne scrieți, prelucrăm numele, adresa de email, compania (opțional) și conținutul mesajului, doar ca să vă răspundem și, dacă doriți, ca să pregătim o ofertă sau un contract. Temei legal: demersuri făcute la cererea dumneavoastră înainte de încheierea unui contract (art. 6 alin. (1) lit. b) GDPR) și interesul nostru legitim de a răspunde mesajelor primite (art. 6 alin. (1) lit. f) GDPR).
- Jurnale tehnice ale serverului. Când vizitați site-ul, serverul înregistrează automat adresa IP, data și ora, pagina accesată și tipul de browser. Le folosim doar pentru securitatea și funcționarea site-ului. Temei legal: interes legitim (art. 6 alin. (1) lit. f) GDPR).
Furnizarea datelor este voluntară, dar fără o adresă de email nu vă putem răspunde. Nu folosim datele pentru decizii automate sau profilare și nu trimitem newslettere sau mesaje de marketing.
3. Cookie-uri și urmărire
Acest site nu folosește cookie-uri, instrumente de analiză sau trackere de publicitate și nu încarcă fonturi ori scripturi de pe servere terțe. De aceea nu afișăm un banner de cookie-uri.
4. Cine primește datele
Nu vindem datele și nu le transmitem terților în scop de marketing. Folosim următorii furnizori de servicii (persoane împuternicite), cu care avem acorduri de prelucrare a datelor:
- Contabo GmbH (Germania): găzduirea serverului site-ului, în UE;
- Zoho Corporation B.V. (Zoho Mail / ZeptoMail, centru de date în UE): livrarea și stocarea emailurilor;
- Cloudflare, Inc.: securitatea rețelei și livrarea site-ului (procesează adresele IP în tranzit). Eventualele transferuri în afara UE se bazează pe Cadrul UE–SUA privind protecția datelor și/sau pe Clauzele contractuale standard ale Comisiei Europene.
5. Cât timp păstrăm datele
- Mesajele care nu duc la o colaborare: cel mult 2 ani de la ultima comunicare, apoi le ștergem;
- Dacă urmează un contract, corespondența se păstrează pe durata contractului și apoi pe perioadele impuse de lege (de exemplu, documentele contabile);
- Jurnalele serverului: 14 zile.
6. Drepturile dumneavoastră
Conform GDPR, aveți dreptul de acces, de rectificare, de ștergere, de restricționare a prelucrării, la portabilitatea datelor și dreptul de a vă opune prelucrării bazate pe interes legitim. Pentru a le exercita, scrieți la [email protected]; vă răspundem în cel mult o lună.
